It's super simple! Just navigate to the account page and login to your account if you have one. You can then navigate to your portal to see your active and inactive subscriptions.

If you don't have one, you can choose to create an account or login through our passwordless login with the email or phone number that you used to check out when you subscribed.

Absolutely! You can add or remove products, swap flavors, skip shipments, or cancel anytime by logging into your account portal. Need extra help? Email us at info@honfoods.com.

If your order has processed through our warehouse, we are not able to cancel it. We apologize for any inconvenience.

All subscribers get the following HON:

  2. Free US shipping on all subscription orders.
  3. Bonus gifts on months three and six.
  4. Discounted pricing on one-time add-ons. We'll honor subscription pricing when you add one-off items to your subscription order.

You can do so by logging in to our portal and adding extras. We'll even honor subscription pricing if you just add it to your existing subscription.

Please note that to ensure the quality and safety of our product, we cannot accept returns. We can offer a replacement or refund on one time purchase orders placed through our website, within 7 days of the original purchase date. To expedite your request, please include the following when you contact us at info@honfoods.com:
1. Your HON order number
2. A brief description of the issue and feedback on your experience
3. Your preference for a replacement or a refund
While we don’t accept returns or provide refunds for purchases made at retail locations, we recommend that you reach out directly to the retailer’s customer help center. That said, if you have any questions or feedback about Cure products, we’d love to hear from you. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to our team directly.

We’re unable to make adjustments or cancel orders after they’ve been placed.

Yes! Gift cards can be purchased directly on honfoods.com for 25 AED- 100 AED (in increments of 25AED). Gift cards are valid for one time purchase items made on  honfoods.com. Gift cards cannot be utilized for subscription purchases.

When you purchase a gift card, you will receive an email with the gift card code that you can personally forward to the intended recipient.

If you are the recipient of a gift card, you can enter in the gift card code and select apply before proceeding with shipping at checkout.

Gift cards are final purchase items and non-refundable. 

For one time purchases and recurring subscription orders placed on honfoods.com, most UAE. orders should arrive within 2-3 business days after the order is placed or subscription renewal date. Canadian and all other international orders should arrive within 10-14 business days.

Yes, we ship all over the world. Certain countries may require additional information to process your delivery such as providing a personal tax ID, therefore, please ensure you are able to comply with local regulations before ordering. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Your card is charged the day your subscription renews and your order processes. If you make any changes after 12 AM EST on your renewal date, your order will have already been processed.

We accept Visa, MasterCard,  and Discover. You can also checkout by utilizing  Amazon Pay, or Apple Pay.
